TMZ.com is reporting that the admissions records for Tiger Woods show he was admitted as an overdose. Sources say he was having trouble breathing and his chart lists "OD". Reports are that he was on the 5th floor and it was on lock down. They also had to change his name as word got out he was there. The name that they reportedly used was William Smith.
