A 77 year old man has had a sex change operation and is now a woman. Renee Ramsey is recovering from the dream he/she has had his/her whole life. He/she has become a woman. Renee says since 13 he wanted to be a girl. He served in Vietnam as a Green Beret but dream of green dresses. He was married twice and waited until his wife died and had the surgery, which can cost up to $20,000.00
